Our Partner Mr. Sidney Ho was appointed as a Member of the Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.

The CPD Committee performs a wide range of functions with regard to the CPD Scheme, i.e. formulate and review policies, procedures and guidelines, monitor implementation and administration, recommend for revision or reform, and determine applications for exemption. The CPD Committee also reviews the Mandatory Practice Management Course and the Risk Management Course.本行合伙人何翘楚律师获委任为香港律师会持续专业进修（「CPD」）委员会成员。

CPD委员会在CPD计划方面职能广泛，包括制定和检讨政策、程序和指引，监察实施和行政工作，建议修订或改革，以及审批豁免申请。CPD委员会亦会检视强制性执业管理课程和风险管理课程。
