CHINA-APPOINTED ATTESTING OFFICERS

The Ministry of Justice of the PRC appointed experienced Hong Kong lawyers as China-Appointed Attesting Officers (CAAOs) to handle the attestation for documents required for use in Chinese Mainland. SFKS’ CAAOs provide attestation for various types of documents. These include:

  • Certificates of company information
  • Certificates of directors’/shareholders’ resolutions of the company
  • Documents in relation to Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA)
