Sidney has also dealt with cross-border matters and worked closely with lawyers from various other jurisdictions including Mainland, Macau, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, Singapore, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands. Sidney has often travelled to various other jurisdictions to work with and/or assist other legal teams to achieve synergy in complex cross-border cases.
For Real Estate matters, Sidney is conversant with general conveyancing, mortgage, tenancy and related property matters for different kind of properties and has dealt with or supervised various high value transactions. Sidney has also been involved in acting for and advising governmental and statutory bodies such as the Urban Renewal Authority, the Housing Authority and the Lands Department on implementing various redevelopment projects involving land resumption, recovering possession.
For Corporate and Commercial matters, Sidney is experienced in attending various scale of matters including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, advising on company and corporate secretarial matters. He is also experienced in dealing with various court applications on company matters such as reinstatement of companies and reliefs from non-compliances.
