Natalie has experience in real estate banking and financing, and residential, commercial and industrial leasing. Her practice covers first-hand and second-hand acquisition and disposal of properties in both private and public sector by way of asset or share transfer. She has also handled various matters including stamp duty refund and stamp duty relief applications, approval of Deeds of Mutual Covenant and probate matters.

- Handled first-hand residential sale project as the lead firm, advised on compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance (Cap. 621) and various guidelines promulgated by the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority, drafted various documents (including Deed of Mutual Covenant, Licence Agreement, Agreement for Sale and Purchase, Assignment, Power of Attorney, tender document and sales brochure) and prepared other necessary documentations, dealt with Sales of First-hand Residential Properties Authority, applied for waiver from the Law Society, etc..
- Acted for and advised a well-known group in the leasing of industrial buildings, including drafting tailor-made tenancy agreement template, preparing licence agreements and acting as legal advisor in respect of leasing matters and general management of the buildings.
- Acted for corporate clients in dealing with tenancy matters including drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions of tenancy agreements, preparing relevant board resolutions/minutes, issuing demand letters and instituting legal actions for recovery of possession of the properties and recovery of arrears of rents.
- Acted for high-profile corporate clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties by way of sale and purchase of the property holding companies.
- Represented corporate clients in intra-group transfer transactions, applications for stamp duty relief under section 45 of the Stamp Duty Ordinance (Cap. 117) and applications for stamp duty refund under sections 29DD and 29DE of the Stamp Duty Ordinance (Cap. 117).
- Acted for Hong Kong Housing Authority’s first-hand sale of residential properties.
- Acted for the Legal Advisory and Conveyancing Office in the approval of Deeds of Mutual Covenant.
- Involved in acquisition of properties by way of tender and prepared title reports.
- Represented clients in various second-hand sale and purchase of New Territories land and residential and non-residential properties.
