
Emily advises clients on various domains of law with a focus on conveyancing and litigation.
With experience in handling high profile and complex matrimonial disputes, Emily understands the need to provide legal services to clients in a sensitive and goal-oriented approach. She regularly acts as advocate for clients in a broad range of matters including obtaining injunctions under the Domestic and Cohabitation Relationships Violence Ordinance, legal costs provision, ancillary relief applications and children's disputes.
She is also experienced in handling conveyancing of residential and commercial properties as well as commercial litigation involving cross-border transactions and shareholder disputes.
Emily is passionate about contributing to the community through providing pro bono legal advice to charitable organisations.
Outside of her legal studies, Emily has studied French (DELF B2) and Law and Business French at the Université de Lorraine in France.
