
Amanda is a seasoned solicitor with broad experience in family and matrimonial law, civil dispute resolution, wealth and succession planning, and personal injury claims. She has represented local, cross-border, and international clients in a wide range of complex and emotionally sensitive matters, with a practice grounded in strategic clarity, empathy, and practical outcomes. She is appointed to the Legal Aid Panel for Family and Matrimonial Litigation.
Her family law work includes divorce and separation proceedings, domestic violence injunctions (including non-harassment and ouster orders), and children’s matters such as custody, care and control, access, relocation, and unlawful removal. She regularly advises on maintenance and financial arrangements for children and spouses.
In ancillary relief proceedings, Amanda handles the division of matrimonial assets, trust and third-party interests, and the negotiation and drafting of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
