Alex is a seasoned lawyer with experiences at all levels of Court across a wide spectrum of litigations.

Alex acted for major developers, and advised on commercial disputes, shareholders and insolvency disputes, construction disputes, fraud cases, mortgagee actions, tenancy, building management and debt recovery matters.

On criminal litigation, Alex was one of the partners-in-charge of a high profile ICAC case before the jury for a 128-day High Court trial and our client was the only defendant being acquitted by the jury.

Alex has maintained a stable practice on matrimonial disputes, encompassing ancillary relief, joinder and intervention of third parties, children’s matters, as well as trusts, wills and probate matters.
