Agatha focuses on civil litigation with a broad spectrum of matters, including general commercial/corporate disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, debt recovery actions and family and matrimonial proceedings.

With experiences in civil and commercial litigation, Agatha regularly advises clients on contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery, and land and tenancy issues. Agatha also handles court applications for insolvency proceedings, injunctions and enforcement actions including charging orders, garnishee orders and mortgagee actions.

• Insolvency: acting for formers employees as petitioners in insolvency cases against their former employers
• Commercial/corporate disputes: Acting for a minority shareholder in an unfair prejudice petition (and other related litigations) against the majority shareholder
• Fraud/ scammed funds recovery: Acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in fraud/ scammed funds recovery actions, and acting for a plaintiff to apply for proprietary and Mareva injunctions and disclosure orders on the fraud/scammed funds
• Debt recovery: Acting for banks and money lenders in debt recovery actions and various enforcement actions such as charging orders, bankruptcy and winding up actions and mortgagee actions

In her private client services, Agatha prepares and advises on will, enduring power of attorney, non-contentious application for probate or letters of administration, and mental health related court applications. In addition, Agatha works on family and matrimonial actions for divorce, claims for ancillary relief and maintenance and advises on issues regarding custody, care and control, access and relocation of children.
