Ada handles a wide range of land sale and acquisition of commercial, industrial and commercial properties, as well as land,
sale and purchase of properties directly or through acquisition of shares of the companies owning the properties (whether land, en bloc or individual units), leasing of different types of real estate property, building management matters and land related security financing, including all types of mortgages and security documentation.
Ada’s Key Experiences:
- Advised a leading developer on the acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiaries of two residential developments both under construction in Kai Tak through shares acquisition. The transaction value is approximately HK$10.26 billion.
- Advised a renowned logistic company on the disposal of its wholly-owned subsidiary of the entire issued share capital of nine indirectly wholly–owned subsidiaries each holding warehouse property in Hong Kong.
- Negotiated the acquisition of the commercial development in Tsuen Wan, navigating extensive tenancy agreements and licence agreements and ensuring favourable terms for the developer. The transaction value is approximately HK$4 billion.
- Managed the pre-lease of several floors of an office block, securing a significant anchor tenant through effective negotiation.
